In my haste to get all of the details of our Ohio trip on record I think I got a little bit too robotic. I have a nice time line of events, but not enough of the special moment memories. Like how much Aaron enjoyed opening presents this year. He definitely 'got' that - and was good at it - but hasn't grasped Santa yet. 
Like Jory reading the story of Christmas straight from the Bible to Aaron over breakfast on Christmas Day - just like he did last year. Like Uncle Doug getting a tired girl to sleep and then joining her.
Like Aaron running through the airport when he saw his Grandpa Tom on the other side of security.
Like the joy on our kids faces all week and the love in our hearts as we celebrated Jesus' birth with them.
