He was mostly wondering what was wrong with those people, I think, but he sure was fascinated.
Babe's was the very first time Aaron asked for something off of someone else's plate. Until this point, he has been perfectly content to eat peas and carrots while everyone else chowed on hamburgers and cookies. He had no concept that others were eating something different and it might be better. We held onto those days as long as possible, but enter Babe's. Aaron desperately wanted some of Daddy's chicken fried steak. I can't blame him, it was excellent!

And, in case you are wondering, No, Aaron did not get a bite of chicken fried steak. Besides the fact that I want his ticker to hold up just a little longer, I think we should wait for some molars before we try steak!

poor kid, he looks so disappointed. Reminds me of my friend's 8 month old who gnawed on her mom's pork chop with no teeth. We didn't take it away from her because it was funny to watch!
