Aaron and I had lunch with Laura and Braysen at Chick-Fil-A. We haven't seen them in a while and it was such a good time! Braysen is in the stage where he is just growing and changing every day and it was so fun to see him.

Leslie brought the girls over to visit and Aaron was in rare form. He had a great time playing with them and being entertained by them!

Grandma Beth came! It has been a wonderful week with her in from Ohio! She got in around Aaron's bedtime Thursday so she got to tell him goodnight. This picture was taken in the Princess Room of our house for those of you who have not had the pleasure of seeing it. We are painting it. Soon.

Friday August 6, 2010

Aaron and I took Grandma shopping at Southlake Town Square and we had lunch there at Corner Bakery. It was a nice day despite the heat. We took a little sight-seeing drive and then spent the rest of the day at home. Aaron discovered Grandma's skirt and in this picture he is pulling her all over the house. Great fun! That evening, after Aaron was in bed, Jory went to get Babe's chicken for a truly local dinner. That's why we love having guests! :)

We went to breakfast at Lucille's and it was so good! Aaron was a great eater and he is drinking his milk in this picture. Since we were in Fort Worth we showed Grandma all around the city before spending the afternoon at home.

After church and Aaron's nap we went to Kimmie and Papa's. We had such a good time!

Grandma stayed with Aaron while I got a fun girl's day out. They had so much fun! I came home to find my little boy loading rocks into a dump truck Grandma had bought him! That evening, Grandma babysat again so Jory and I could go to dinner!!!
