This Week

I didn't do a great job of picture taking this week. I feel like we did a whole lot more than I have pictures for so I'll have to add some pictureless commentary, but here is a summary of our week. Tuesday April 5, 2011 We hit the ground running Tuesday morning. We had a lot of errands to run and our windows were small because of Abby's feeding schedule. The kids were great and we got it all done. In the afternoon we met Elizabeth and Kelly and their kids at the park. It was so nice. The weather couldn't have been nicer. We had some time on the playground, but once school let out it got crazy so we moved to the fields behind the park. The kids ran around the grass and rolled down the hills. Who needs playground equipment? Wednesday April 6, 2011

We went back to BSF for the first time since Abby was born. Aaron was SO excited. He brought me all of my BSF stuff and packed his bag and was ready to go to church. I was proud of us for getting there on time. When we got there I found out the the childcare workers had been praying that Aaron would be back and that sure explained our easy morning. The only pictures I took this day were of Aaron enjoying his lunch.

Thursday April 7, 2011 Abby smiled for the first time and I spent most of the day trying to get it on camera!

Aaron went to Kimmie's for the day. Rebekah was in town and she came over and visited with Abby and I. It was so nice to spend time with her. I truly enjoyed that visit and wish I could spend much more time with her.

In the morning we went shopping (and Jory carried Abby in the sling - it was precious, but I didn't take any pictures) and then Aaron got his hair cut. This is him showing me. And it's the only picture I took this day.
In the afternoon Brooke came over and Jory and I went to a Birthday/Post-Radiation Party for our dear friend Debbie and then headed over to the Fishers for their Annual Masters Bash. It was a fun day!

Jory and Aaron worked in the yard all morning. And Aaron worked hard. I was so proud and I kept missing good pictures, but it was so sweet watching him help his Daddy. In the afternoon Mimi and Grandad came to visit. Aaron had a blast!

I loved seeing you this weekend! Abby is a doll! I am so proud of you juggling a toddler and a newborn. I really do admire you! I thought that the TOP pic was Abby and the bottom was Aaron, I just couldn't leave a comment from my phone for some reason!
