Homecoming

We are home from the hospital as of early this afternoon. Aaron has had his first ride in the car, his first nap at home, his first ride in the bouncy seat, and seems to like everything just fine. Sara is still feeling good. Taking some pain meds to stay on top of pain, but is getting up and around like nothing happened to her. Not having gone through labor is a blessing we continue to thank God for almost by the minute.

Aaron had two separate 30 minute feedings today, one of them followed by a 5 hour nap! Sara and I were able to get a nap in once we got him home and laid down. Much needed rest for all of us. We are looking very forward to a night uninterrupted by nurses coming in every couple of hours to take Aaron's temperature. I think he will appreciate that not happening, too.

Here are some homecoming pics: (We have video, as well. At some point I will figure out how to make short clips of video that I can put on here.)

Welcome home, Aaron! You are a precious little boy...and already a seemingly very good sleeper. :) :)
